Let's be honest here.....
I do not have a bikini body nor will I ever have one and I am ok with that. However, I do have a few tips on how to keep in shape.
1. Track what you eat. If you know how much you're eating, your less likely to eat empty calories and junk.
2. Take the stairs. I take the stairs every day at work to increase the level of activity in a day.
3. Drink lots of water. I try to drink at least 4/20 oz bottles a day, more if it's hot.
4. Have a cheat day once in awhile. If you deprive yourself of the yumminess you love, it's a lot easier to fall off the bandwagon.
5. Try to maintain a level of some activity throughout the day. At least 30 mins.
Like I said, I'm not in a bikini, but I do try to remain somewhat active and healthy.
